"Did not help my partner with her skin condition"

About: Heathview Medical Practice

My partner has had an unknown skin condition all over her body for the last 3 months. She has had many telephone consultations with the nurses and doctors, who constantly brushed it as a skin infection and gave her anti biotic’s.

Over the past 3 months she has had 5 doses of antibiotics, all of which did not help one bit.

She eventually got to see a doctor who said it is not a skin infection and that it is dermatitis related, meaning she unnecessarily took 5 lots of antibiotics, potentially damaging her insides.

The doctor has since prescribed steroid creams to put on her skin. Which help while using. But the skin condition returns when she has to stop using it.

We have informed the doctor of this twice, and he said he will chase for a dermatologist to see her. However we have not heard anything in over a month.

My partner is in constant discomfort and we currently have nothing that can help her. And everything this surgery has provided has done nothing to permanently help her condition
