"Bad Service"

About: Bridge House Medical Practice

I asked for a referral and the staff was not able to create an e - referral and I had to wait 6 months before to see a knee specialist. I have also asked for a medical prescription for a painkiller that I usually use prescribed by my specialist in the past and they did not want to prescribe this medicine. I am unhappy and disappointed with the service and the way I have been treated, I am leaving this clinic because I am not able to receive a decent health assistent.

We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with the service you received. It's always worth asking to speak to the practice manager at the time, who can look into the matter for you. We offer advance appointments, on-the day appointments for urgent matters and telephone calls for on-going issues or those that don't require a physical examination. There are also appointments available at the weekend in other practices as we work with our local GP federation.
