"Excellent"

I recently attended Nuffield Wessex for a procedure I have undergone many times before at NHS hospitals The experience I had at Nuffield Wessex was amazing. I was treated with respect and great care. All staff both pre and post op were so very kind and thoughtful. I’d like to thank everyone for caring for me in room 30.

I was anxious about the Covid situation and having the operation yet again. I really need not have worried the protection Procedures in place, cleanliness and professionalism put Covid fears to rest. As for the operation yes I’m in pain once again but left there much more relaxed than usual having been cared for so well. Even down to the night observations. The place was lovely and quiet. Nurse did not blind me by putting light on to take the necessary readings but had a small torch so at to disturb me as little as possible. Even the dreaded gown had all its ties smelt fresh clean and soft! Small things but so important.
