About: South Tyrone Hospital / Day Clinical Centre

(as a service user),

In essence my experience today has been excellent... the Ward was easy to find as it was well labelled. The staff have been very friendly, meeting me at the seated area I was in and escorting me to my station. Each "Station" (chair etc. ) is adequately spaced out between the contrasting so that there is enough space to manoeuvre (I. e. for bathroom trips etc. ) My drug was up and running on time quickly and efficiently. In conclusion a very pleasant experience

We do strive to provide an ‘Excellent’ service to each of our patients attending the Day Clinical Centre, so for you to describe your experience as ‘excellent’ is very reassuring.

We are fortunate to be providing care at present in an area with plenty of space to social distance, which is vital during such challenging times as these, and again it is reassuring to hear you mention this in your feedback.

We appreciate the time you have taken to write down your experience, and we will ensure that all the staff in the Day Clinical Centre are aware of your lovely comments.
