"Excellent care on every visit"

Having visited the surgery a number of times for my 6 month old baby, I only have good things to say about the level of care received, from the helpful and polite reception staff, the helpful pharmacists, the knowledgeable and thorough nurses, and the doctors too. Any concerns are dealt with very promptly (normally over the phone currently), and these are always taken seriously rather than being fobbed off as being over anxious etc, as I know other first time mothers have felt with other health care providers. I was particularly impressed with my last visit; I had filled in the online form with my babies symptoms at 5:30 in the morning- by 8:30 I received a call from the doctor, who after speaking to me, told me to come in and he would fit in an appointment around his existing ones rather than waiting for the next available slot that afternoon. I arrived at 9, was seen immediately, and sent to the hospital upon examination. The doctor informed the hospital so then were waiting for me as soon as we arrived. I am so grateful as I hadn’t realised how urgently my baby needed care, as I had only observed him having one symptom, but the doctor being so thorough and prompt made all the difference to the care he received.
