"good doctors and nurses, terrible administration "

the phone lines are never answered and when they are I am almost always met with someone uncaring and unprofessional. As a GP administrator myself, I feel they make up rules to be even more difficult and unhelpful. I was willing to step by step guide the staff through emis to try and solve my own problem (which takes seconds) and was continuously told that they could not help and were not willing to try. I've been registered with this practice since birth and I have never been so disappointed with a health "care" service. I will have to re-register with another practice as I fear for my health due to the poor administrative practices.
