"Good Clinical Staff, The Rest Needs Addressing "

Pros - good caring staff, prompt service, choice given in my care, I was valued and listened to, MAU very clean.

Cons - 3 members of staff using public womens toilets and didnt report someone had done a giant jobbie and left it, 3 people sat in reception on the seats behind a board that says patients only (this means the heavily pregnant have to wait outside if we want to social distance and they say chivalry is dead), clamp down on people smoking outside maternity. Saw a mother crouching down next to a toddler having a fag right outside the entrance with members of staff walking past.
