"Not helpful "

My mum has very bad mental health and after 2 years trying to get on there system for support, numerous GP referrals my mum final was able to recivee help which was a support worker to take her out once a week, because of the pandemic this was unable to happen so after 6 weeks of a few phone calls to mum they have discharged her, they feel they have done there part. My mum is now very upset after being dumped by canvediah house yet again after a 2 year battle to get her some help, so I now have to pick up the pieces when I am not well myself. The amount of stress this is causing, she should be getting other support not just a few phonecalls she is a vulnerable person who has not been left on her own.

I am very sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the service that your mother received from Hastings ATS. We have had to make some changes to the way that we work due to the COVID 19 pandemic in order to keep patients and staff safe and comply with government guidance. We have tried very hard to minimize the impact on patient care though I recognise that there will have been some differences from how we were working before.

If you would like your concerns fully investigated, I would encourage you to make contact with the PALS team:
