I went in for a TKR on 26th June, feeling quite anxious as things are currently quite different. I needn't have worried, this place is amazing! Right from entering the building I was made to feel relaxed and was talked through absolutely everything I needed to know. All the staff are so warm and friendly and cannot do enough for you. I cannot praise them all enough, from the people serving the teas, breakfast and lunches and the cleaners to the nurses and the surgeons, they are all worth their weight in gold.
