About: Blundellsands Surgery

There is one particular receptionist who makes you feel very unwelcome at the surgery. She is very very rude and unwilling to give information or help with any queries you have. There have been times I have called and been left very emotional after speaking to this one receptionist. I really think this lady should not be allowed to interact with patients especially those who are vulnerable

Hi, we apologise if this is how you felt. As a practice we do try our upmost best to treat all of our patients with respect and courtesy, whether that be face to face or via telephone. As you feel this was not the case during your contact with the practice, we would be more than willing to discuss this matter with you further. You can do this by contacting the practice and requesting to speak to the Practice Manager or Office Manager.
