I went to the Cardiology assessment Hub and I just wanted to say that it was very very good.

It was a very good service, and nurse Michelle was very excellent. I was so pleased with the service, I would have no problem with going again. I wouldn't say anything about it could be improved, very efficient and all the rest. I was a bit uneasy about attending, but I shouldn't have been.
It's quite important to me that this gets back to the staff there, they were so very good to me.
