"Really frustrated"

I understand that the NHS is under extreme pressure however the problem I have pre dates the coronavirus outbreak . I really have problems getting my repeat prescription either from the doctors signed on time or from the pharmacist next door . Every month I ring in to order it in plenty of time before my tablets run out and every time I go to pick them up there either not ready or my prescription is still in the doctors this is beginning to get stressful now the doctors or pharmacist give me no reason as to why this is happening all the time . I have stood in the pharmacy and they have told me that my prescription isn't ready and it has been . It's beyond a joke now it's very upsetting
