"disappointing "

About: Weeping Cross Health Centre

Some of the doctors and other staff are very nice and well-mannered. However, the receptionists team in person and on the phone are very unmotivated and impolite. They do not make you feel welcomed and barely listen to the problem you have. In person, they seem as they are not bothered and have negative attitudes. I am very disappointed in their service.

It was nice to hear that you are pleased with some of the team and equally disappointing to learn you feel let down by others.

We always endeavour to provide the highest standards of care and treatment at all times and I am sorry that you feel this has not been the case.

If you would like to contact me and send further information I will of course investigate your concerns more fully and I will be able to send a more complete response.

As a Practice, we do regularly monitor and measure the performance of our team. This includes a wide range of measures including independent audits and surveys, recording calls, carrying out routine appraisals, and providing targeted training.

We are always looking to improve and if you can supply any further information I will investigate your concerns more fully.
