"What an Amazing GP Practice."

I have been at GSS for over 20 years and have always experienced an efficient, friendly and personalised service, from GP's to nurses, to pharmacy to receptionists and everyone else I have come into contact with over that time. I always feel listened to, things are explained clearly, any questions I have answered fully. My choices are taken into account and acted upon. I am always advised of all the options and potential outcomes. The methods of communication are inclusive and effective. I really cannot praise this surgery highly enough. They all deserve a big thank you for doing an incredible job every single day. Thank you. :)
