"Worrying"

I was over worrying about my daughter which she is no longer with me I felt really bad it did make me feel like I was over worrying has. I could not control the worrying but thanks to Jade she really helped me stop and having 'worry time' really helped me

Hi Jayde,

I'm sorry to hear that your daughter is no longer with you. Anxiety and worrying can be expected after a big loss in our lives and it can sometimes feel that it has gotten out of control.

I'm glad to hear that using the Worry Time technique has helped you to manage the worries you're having and that you feel Jade explained this to you in a way that encouraged you to be able to apply it to your life. Changing our habits is hard so well done for having been able to do this at such a difficult time.
