I had ignored the letter for two weeks about my child’s 1 year injections not wanting to go anywhere near a doctors surgery with everything going on with covid 19 and feeling very uneasy, until getting a call off the nurse.

I cannot praise the nurse enough, my concerns were took on board, I was given options in a completely understanding and caring way.

The process was safe and we didn’t come into contact with anybody apart from the nurse who had full ppe to ensure both the nurse and us were completely safe. An all round positive and reassuring process.
