"I don't know who half these reviews are on about"

I haven't been here recently, my last appointment was in Feburary or so, but I am staggered to read some of the comments about lack of appointments and rude receptionists. I can only suggest that the people writing these things are projecting their own attitude and behaviours onto the hardworking, friendly and helpful staff here.

I have never failed to book an appointment within a reasonable amount of time, and the staff on the desk have always been polite. In fact they have been very patient in trying to find me an appointment to suit around my working hours. The medical staff are also very good here, with thorough consultations and treatment has always been adequate. I was kept waiting a very long time for one appointment but the receptionist did keep popping her head in to apologise for delays. The surgery needs a bit of a freshen up but then don't most NHS facilities? Thanks Oakswell, keep up the good work.
