The admin staff are atrocious. Never able to book an annpointment easily. Takes hours of phoning to get hold of the practice. When you finally get an answer, they are rude, and always can't do anything to help you; their hands are perpetually "tied" no matter the issue.
Admin staff contradict each other, and then shout at you for fulfilling instructions given by someone else.
Phone lines always drop.
When the 4 or 5 booking are released online on the day, they are over subscribed.
