"Ent telephone call"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

I was a bit nervous before the call not having done this before thinking it would be a waste of time but l was relieved by the manner and knowledge the doctor l was speaking to made me feel at ease. He explained everything l needed to know to put my mind at rest. He also put me forward for a scan which made me feel a lot better. I was surprised how less made to feel and would certainly be happy to the telephone or video consultation again
