"No contact with Key worker"

About: Change Grow Live Cambridgeshire / Huntingdon

(as a service user),

My application for detox and rehab is being heard in a few days. No contact with key worker whilst other clients have weekly contact with their key workers.  Why is there such disparity and what are the guidelines for contact. 

Very unhappy and disappointed with this side of the service considering this key worker will present application to the panel.  Why is there no backfill or co-worker support.
