I visited today 30/6 2020 having fallen in to a river whilst fishing when a hook embedded in to my thumb. The staff were very efficient and cared for me, by not just removing the hook, but comforted me showing sympathy and talked to me to comfort me through out the removal of the hook. As a nurse myself, i was very impressed of their professionalism. Many thanks, Dave
