"Excellent service"

My elderly relative is a patient of this practice but due to her dementia we now deal with the practice on her behalf. I find the staff unfailingly polite, efficient, patient, helpful and very understanding of the situation. I have recently had a slight problem with another area of the NHS and the admin staff have been tremendously helpful in overcoming the difficulties. The person at the practice made a number of very good and practical suggestions of how to help and also advised when they would be on duty so I could contact again to ensure the next steps were taken. I have also recently spoken with the practice pharmacy and found this a very good service too. The pharmacist talked through my relative's medication and health needs and made sensible adjustments to the ongoing prescriptions. I would definitely recommend this practice. Thank you to all the staff, both medical and administration.
