About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

I had the pleasure to meet the team from Accident Emergency yesterday evening when I experienced some chest pain. 

I would like to say thank you to everybody I came into contact with, the ladies at the reception desk and the triage nurses. Thank you to the doctor who did the investigations and who explained in a calm and simple way how can I improve my condition. Thank you very much to the nurse Jen for making me feel relaxed and calm.

I was sorry to hear of your recent visit to hospital with chest pain.

I was pleased to hear of your experience of care however and your kind comments on the staff who treated you within the Emergency Department of Glasgow Royal Infirmary. It is always heartening for our staff to receive such positive feedback from our patients and I will ensure that staff within the ED are made aware of your comments.
