"Didn't call back"

I spoke to 111 after a sudden pain started in one side of my face. The first lady I spoke to was very nice and understanding. She put me through to someone in the clinical department who said I should see a doctor. They told me they would call me back after they'd worked out where I could be seen (due to me not being registered anywhere and everywhere being closed due to COVID). It has been 3 days now and I've not heard back.
