"Rude reception "

About: Parkview Surgery

I put 3 stars because I was treated very welcomed this morning Tuesday 23/06 when I spoke to the lady for my blood report. She told me to knock at the window for pick up and they will come out to me. But I had a bad reception this afternoon at around 15:00, a different grumpy looking receptionist was rude and didn’t show any duty of care. I knocked at two different windows several times without response, so I went the the main entrance to ring the bell, she came to the window very angrily and said I should ring the number, I told her what number because I was standing sideways behind the half open window. I had several experiences with this receptionist, she doesn’t seem to know some basic receptionist duty, she always told me to come back when I first registered as a patient. I told her what I want, she went in and out of the reception, asked me what the d.o.b and names a couple of times, even I had told her I rang this morning she still asked had the doctor done it. I saw her going through some sample forms, and I had to tell her again blood results then she found them in next basket. I was wearing mask myself, she used her hand to shoo me away and slam shut the window behind.
