"Poor service"

About: Camborne Redruth Community Hospital

I arrived at minor injuries in a panic with my 15yr old daughter who had cut her arm with a razor blade. I knew they closed at 10pm and it was 9.52pm. The reception was unmanned, with no way to notify anyone that we had arrived. At 9.53pm a receptionist (I assume) appeared and immediately announced that we would not be treated and didn't even ask what the injury was. I explained that my daughter had cut her wrist with a razor and due to many recent visits to minor injuries, I believed it required glueing and steristrips applied. (A 5min job at most which has unfortunately been done before) they still did not even take a look and told me to either ring 111 or go to Treliske and told 'well it is five to ten, which it wasn't. I left immediately to travel to Truro, with my daughter's bleeding wrist; it was still 9.54pm when I got in my car!! Where is the duty of care? Really terrible attitude and manner
