"Fantastic understanding of my mothers problem"

I can highly recommend this surgery fantastic communication and understanding of the situation which I was in mother is going in to dementia and also I am locked down with a shield letter things were getting very tense at home informed my mothers GP of the situation mother was getting very aggressive Agitated and wanted to do harm to myself informed the clinical nurse of the situation through an appointment obviously can’t come out the The Covid situation but by listening to my problems between the clinical nurse and the GPs at the clinic they got back in touch me within a matter of an hour with a solution to help my predicament and my mothers medication was provided and now my mother is stable she has calmed down And also she functions better while she’s on the medication i.e. she can do things for her self now as before she even forgot to make a cup of tea so thank you very much Berwick Surgery for all your fantastic help and understanding and compassion in the situation you are a credit to your profession and I would recommend this surgery to anybody your sincerely Ronnie
