I was diagnosed with AF earlier in the year and attended the Cardiac Assessment Hub in Altnagelvin during April/May 2020. I was very impressed with the speed with which I received appointments. The professional assessment I received was really impressive and the care and attention extremely thorough. I was very touched by the compassionate and caring staff who did everything possible to make my visits as stressfree as possible. Altnagelvin is lucky to have such caring and professional staff

The team in the hub are experienced cardiac nurses who aim to ensure each patient is assessed quickly and have an individualised plan of care, focusing on their specific needs. I am very reassured that we achieved this standard for you.
