Fell of my bike and injured my middle finger, phoned 111 and spoke to a paramedic who did an assessment on the phone via a FaceTime call. It was very quick and efficient. It saved me going to my nearby urgent treatment centre. And this service email saved the NHS money.
I have to I was rather sceptical when I dialled the number. But it was a very professional and efficient service.
