"Great service during lockdown "

I’ve been impressed with the online consultation forms during lockdown, I’ve had to use them 2 or 3 times. The practice contacts you within 2 working days (last time it was by lunchtime the same day), and when I’ve needed support it’s been there. Once or twice I had to ring and speak with the receptionists and they were brilliant. Granted, run of the mill appointments normally take forever to get booked, but everytime it’s been anything to do with my asthma they’ve been fantastic. Exactly the help I needed while I’m shielding, so thank you.
