Despite the chaos the Surgery has remained taking care of other illnesses and I wanted to talk to the GP about problems with my Ilness. I was given a time for a telephone call within 48 hours and the call came at the allotted time and the GP was very reassuring and made a plan with me. After all the madness in shops etc this proved to be a very soothing experience. The phones are being answered. I have lost some meds and this morning a receptionist sorted it out for me. Its been very hard being shielded for 4 months. But at least I know I can rely on the surgery and all of the staff about other things than Covid19
