Despite being under lots if pressure from the tail end of the first wave of the covid-19 pandemic, staff took time to make sure my often confused 92 year old Dad could talk to his 91 year old wife. This made a tremendous difference to them both. In addition, many staff also took the time to communicate with me 350 miles away about the details of his treatment. I appreciate this level of concern a d humanity greatly.
