"Care package for my father."

First of all I would like to state that this review concerns my father. Although I would like to add I am also a patient of this surgery. The care my father was outstanding. The Doctor was exemplary in their efforts for my father. I know he appreciated the lengths they went to. The family would like to officially thank the Doctor for their efforts in making his final weeks palatable. This thank you extends to the reception staff at the surgery that made every effort to keep us informed. Their personal knowledge and attention to his care was also exemplary. So a big thank you to all at the surgery.

He also had a nursing package provided by the hospice and a care package provided by a local private care company paid for by the NHS. They were all superb as it meant that his final days were attended 24 hours of the day. His wishes were to be at home and these people made his wishes possible. We would like to thank everyone involved.
