(as a relative),

I was up visiting a relative in the Ward at the Langlands Hospital. I wanted to tell you just how impressed I am at how clean (spotless) the Ward is. The room is so clean and so is the toilet.

I get that this covid situation is affecting a lot of things but I have to say that I am so glad that my relative is in a clean and tidy place and this puts my mind at ease.

I wanted to say thank you but wasn't sure how to so I hope it is ok to put it here.

Please tell your cleaners thank you and they are doing great.
