About: Trafford General Hospital

My elderly mother came to the hospital today because she had ear pain and soreness. I apologise that I don't know which department welcomed her (Outpatients?) but I do know that she was treated quickly, kindly and efficiently, a foreign body removed, and parts and batteries fetched from Audiology. She felt reassured and safe with the Covid-19 safeguards and equipment. Congratulations on great care at a difficult time.
