About: Wythenshawe Hospital

My son was admitted onto ward F12 on the 23rd of may 2020 sadly he passed away on the 2nd of June,  I would like to thank everyone doctors,nurses , support staff for the care and compassion they gave my son and the support they gave our family .

I would like to say a Big thank you to the three sisters/lead nurses on ward F12 who really did go above and beyond in their care duty towards my son their kindness will never be forgotten.

Thank you for your comments posted on the NHS website regarding your son's care on Ward F12, Wythenshawe Hospital. Firstly, we would like to pass on our sincere condolences for the loss of your son.

It was reassuring to hear that all the doctors, nurses and support staff on Ward F12 were able to provide your son with such care and compassion. It was also lovely to hear that the three sisters and lead nurses went above and beyond in their care. We can assure you that we have passed on your thoughts to the Head of Nursing who will share your comments with all the staff involved.
