"Superb service"

Rang at 8 a.m. today requesting telephone consultation. Got straight through. Appointment for call-back confirmed right away by cheerful receptionist - asked me to send photo of problem as it would be an early call. Photo sent within 20 minutes.

Duty doctor called just after 9 a.m. Problem discussed, diagnosed and onward referral to consultant arranged. Total elapsed time from appointment request to completion 1 hour 15 minutes.

Brilliant service, greatly appreciated - thanks to all concerned!

Firstly I would like to apologies for the delay in responding to your feedback there has been some technical issues but they have now been resolved.
