"overall and very positive experience "

About: St Mary's Hospital (HQ) (London)

attended the hospital to be greated by security due to COVID restrictions at the reception for booking in A &E patents. Good friendly guys.

The gentleman on reception let the experance down. Doing so many other tasks but not booking people in. Dispointing. Next lady started at 21:50 amd booked everyone in.

Next got seen buy 8 staff ,nurses,screener and a doctors . Wow how fantastic and professionally these staff are.

I did not agress with my dionysius however I'm writing a possive review as they where fantastic.
