"A pleasant experience"

About: Twyford Surgery

We have used this surgery since 1992. I have no complaints re receptionists or telephone calls. However I realise I'm one patient among many and treat all the staff with politeness. I've heard patients being rude to staff more than once. This isn't necessary or helpful. I'm sorry that there are patients who aren't happy with the care they receive and I understand their frustration and am grateful that this is not my experience.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. People's rudeness can be because they are frightened, confused or unwell but, as you say, it isn't necessary or helpful and this behaviour hampers the reception staff who are trying their best to help. Thank you again
