"Thanks Bolton's Homebased Treatment Team"

About: Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust

I wanted to say how grateful I was to the Homebased Treatment Team in Bolton when I was under them recently. Being unwell mentally is a scary time for anyone especially those with little support or friends far away. I found the staff who visited me or spoke to me on the phone understanding and supportive. I therefore just want to say, thanks for helping me in my immediate crisis for the weeks you supported me and giving me a chance to work with you. I appreciated all the staff who formed part of my care plan and each of them where approachable in allowing me to say what was needed without feeling judged. It’s early days in my recovery, I am not completely stable yet, but I think I would be in a worst situation if I’d not been supported by the Bolton Homebased Treatment Team, so thanks to everyone.
