"New staff need training"

I called surgery today. Lady who picked my call did not introduced herself nor gave the name of the practice. What I heard was only "Hello", so I asked who am I speaking to and she asked me why do I need her name.

I am not sure what Practice Policy is but CQC standards expect staff member of the Practice while picking a call to say name of the surgery and introduce themself before taking any details from patient.
