"No communication"

About: Freeman Hospital

Had an appointmet April 2020 but was cancelled for obvious reasons. Not a problem.

When I contacted the department over two months later to enquire what plans are in place to rearrange appointments, I was told nothing had been decided yet. Whatttt!!?? Nothing?

I wasn't asking for a specific date for a rearranged appointment but simply what is being done but to be told 'nothing' does not give any faith in this department. They can't all have been transferred to care for Covid patients so what have they been doing for the past two months?

When I enquired about the use of video appointments, I was told that there are no plans to introduce these in MSU.

Why not keep patients informed?

By contrast Northumbria Healthcare are way ahead. Why is the Freeman so far behind?

Honest and meaningful answers to these questions, please.
