I had not been looking forward (obviously) to having a colonoscopy at Poole Endoscopy Dept on 12th June 2020, and was feeling uncomfortable about the whole business (preparation and procedure).
However, the way in which the lead doctor and all the supporting staff through the process treated me, with care and commitment, made all the difference.
I would like to thank them for the way they work as well as for their hard work.
