"Great staff "

This medical centre have served my family for over 20 years, over the years we have had a number of medical emergencies ,we have always received great medical assistance, if there's any way the reception staff can fit you in they will do even when appointments are tight

The reception staff are very knowledgeable and will always try to help if you have questions, they are sometimes not recognised for the little things like offering a tissue if you're upset , taking you to a side room room to compose yourself when they can see your about to cry after a death

This is the care that is given at hilly fields

I have been there when patients are just so rude to the staff it's not necessary ,the staff can only do so much with what they are given.

Corona virus has devastated many of us when we're dealing with serious medical conditions and yet there still at the end of the phone offering help and advice and doing the best they can in exceptional circumstances
