I had my first meeting today with various existing members it was very helpful and I definitely took things away I hadn't thought about in certain ways before.
Other peoples story's and coping methods can be insightful.
All though my issues didn't seem as severe as others, there were definitely similarities in the struggle and coping with them.
The meeting host was called Inertiia she was very welcoming and made me feel at ease within the first few minutes as I felt like it was the first day at school and scary to put my hand up.
Inertiia was very insightful and explained things in a very understandable way without being patronising.
10/10 experience.
Good to know they are around for support,easy to see how it helps people and makes a difference.
