Last week at about 6pm I called an ambulance to the above lady who appeared to have had a 'stroke'. She was very agitated, confused, unable to speak and very distressed.
I felt the two ambulance people who attended her were rough, lacked patience and kindness, I told them she had a neck problem and would be more comfortable with a cushion I wanted to give them. They didn't want to take it, but reluctantly did.
I would like to say this is not my usual experience of your wonderful service, so I felt I should report my concern. I understand that your service must be under a great deal of pressure, but I don't think it is right that an elderly lady should be treated in this way.
