About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute) / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

What a professional, caring and clearly competent team.  I was made to feel that I had received the best care and treatment.  

I also had a very friendly experience in chatting to one of the grounds / car parking staff when I arrived who was able to confirm that parking was, in fact, free (this wasn’t made clear on the website before my visit and I had downloaded the parking app in readiness!)

Sadly, Northampton General doesn’t appear to be the best funded hospital, but happily this isn’t reflected in the quality and professionalism of the staff that I encountered.  Mrs Smith and her team made me feel calm and that I had received thorough and competent care - most grateful.  Thanks to all.
