I was extremely impressed with the quality and kindness of the GP I spoke to yesterday. He took his time and was very understanding with regards to my problem. He followed this up with a well constructed care plan, involving me in the decision making. He also forwarded wriiten information to me and was happy for me to follow up with him in the near future.
