"Excellent service and care"

Dear Essex CT Team

I would just like to thank you all on behalf of my family. My Dad suffered a heart attack last week and the first responders and paramedics were excellent on the scene. He was rapidly transferred to your wonderful hospital and staff and underwent a procedure which saved his life. After a few days in hospital where the care was excellent and all the staff were attentive and caring he has been discharged home to recuperate. Times are difficult to due to the current health climate and we were not allowed to visit but whenever we rang the ward for an update everybody was very helpful. He was on Roding Ward. Thanks to all at the hospital. Keep up the good work. I will be making a charitable donation to the hospital and BHF to help during these tough times.
