They transferred my mum into this home from hospital and the care may be good but there was no communication with me her daughter at all from the home , the nurses or the consultant even though they had my number on record

Phones calls are not answered and when I got through a nurse told me she was doing ok ! She would get a social worker to ring me They didn’t and I had no other communication until I was told they were sending my mum, a frail old lady with a urine infection who is in bed all the time , home this week on her own , and they couldn’t even tell me what care package has been put in place !! Appalling
